Dr. Victor Lee was born in Houston, Texas and grew up in upstate New York. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Adelphi University Honors College, and after accepting the Dean's Merit Scholarship, obtained his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Lee then completed his orthodontic residency at the University of Minnesota. He remains active in the most up-to-date orthodontic advances, having completed the Invisalign Advanced Technology Certification for Orthodontists, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Vanguard Society of the American Association of Orthodontists Foundation, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and local dental society.

Dr. Lee was introduced to Abilene by joining the orthodontic practice of Dr. Jim Bill Morrow, who after 30 years of practice, decided to retire and spend more time with his grandchildren. The two have successfully transitioned the practice. Dr. Lee and his wife, Brynn, have one child, Henry Bruce Lee. Dr. Lee and his wife are members of Holy Family Church and enjoy traveling, dining out, watching movies, and spending time outdoors.

Deborah Beasley

Orthodontic Technician

Deborah was born in Abilene and has lived in this area most of her life. She has a 9 year old adopted daughter from Mexico. She has been in the field of orthodontics for several years. Her hobbies include working outside and spending time with her daughter and animals. She attends church at Bethel Assembly in Anson.

Patricia Darrow

Financial Coordinator

Trish has worked at our office for 16 years. She moved to Abilene from Stephenville and is married with four children and six grandchildren. She enjoys camping and boating.

Teresa Ervin

Treatment Coordinator

Teresa is registered with the State Board of Dental Examiners as a registered dental assistant and has 15 years of orthodontic experience. She and her husband, Jack, have four children and three grandchildren. Her hobbies include painting, sewing and cake decorating.

Stacy Garces

Stacy moved to the Abilene area 27 years ago from San Diego, California. She and her husband, Leonard, have five children and one perfect grandchild! They are members of the Holy Family Church. She enjoys traveling, decorating, and entertaining.

Kim Garcia

Kim was raised in Knox City. She has lived in Abilene for 17 years now. She has 2 beautiful children, Gavin and Gracie. Kim has 10 years of Dental/Orthodontic experience. She started working with Dr. Lee's team November 2011. Kim's favorite thing to do is spending time with her children.

Codi Keith

Orthodontic Technician

Codi was born in San Angelo, TX. She recently moved to Abilene in 2011. She graduated from TSTC Waco in 2008 as a Registered Dental Assistant. She has been working in the dental field for 3 years. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Tracy Martin

Financial Coordinator

Tracy is originally from Mullen and is married with two sons. She has 25 years of orthodontic experience. Her hobbies include fishing, hunting, gardening, cooking/baking, traveling, reading and scrapbooking.

Rhonda Miller

Orthodontic/Lab Technician

Rhonda was born and raised in Abilene. She has 17 years of Orthodontic experience. She first worked in this office in 1989 with Dr. Morrow. She raised 4 children and moved to the Metroplex for 15 years. She returned to Abilene in March of 2010 and started back at this office with Dr. Lee.

Noraliz Morris

Treatment Coordinator/Marketing Manager

Noraliz lives in Abilene with her Husband Billy and 2 1/2 year old daughter Aubrey. She graduated from McMurry University in 2006, recieving a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing. She loves spending time with her family. Her hobbies include cooking and baking.

Ken'Dell Neff

Orthodontic Technician

Born and raised in Coleman, Ken'Dell moved to Abilene in July 2011. She has two little boys and has been in the dental field for about a year. She attended IntelliTec Colleges in Colorado and has been working with Dr. Lee since June 2011.

Janice Nowakowski

Clinical Supervisor

Janice was born in Oklahoma and has lived in Hawaii, San Antonio, Utah and Fort Worth. She has been an ortho tech since 1992. She has been married for 17 years and has one daughter. Her hobbies include gardening, tennis and antiquing.

Lindsey Watkins

X-Ray/Records Technician

Lindsey lives in Abilene with her husband Nick. She graduated from American Commercial College in 2004 as a Medical Office Specialist. Her hobbies include photography, scrapbooking, and crafts. She enjoys spending time with her family and her 3 lovable dogs.
